When do you use corporate gifts as opposed to promotional items? In general corporate gifts or executive gifts are given as a thank you so in essence it is a gift! Corporate gifts are such items as metal desk clocks, leather folders, prestige metal pens like Cross, Parker and are generally laser engraved for personalisation. Promotional items are more commonly given out a brand awareness and used in day to day life such items as promotional mugs, pens, coasters, mousemats to name but a few and are generally screen printed.
