What kind of art file do I need to have for my order?
Preferably, we require an editable EPS file which is also know as an Illustrator file. If that sentence has confused you, do not worry. If you do not have access to an editable EPS file, we advice our clients to get in contact with the designer of their logo. How do I get my artwork to you?
You can attach your image to an email and send it to sales@LogoX.co.uk or directly to the person who is dealing with your order. [back to top]
What if I don't have any artwork?
If you do not have access to any editable EPS file then we would require any image of your company logo. We would then re-draw your logo so it can be printed, but there may be an artwork charge included. Should you only require a simple piece of text on your item, then we would only require the font and pantone colour of the text you require. [back to top]
Can I print a specific PMS color?
You certainly can! We have a Pantone colour system chart for you to choose from http://www.logox.co.uk/pantone_chart.html. So you can choose exactly what colour you want your logo to be printed. In terms of item colour, the majority of our products are available to be pantone matched, but if it is not in the general specification then there could be a charge incurred. [back to top]
What is a PMS color?

What does full color process mean? Do I need it?
This process is also refereed to as the four color process or CMYK printing. The full color process is for an image that does not contain solid colors, for example shading or fading colors. If you logo contains solid colors then the process you would require would the spot color printing process. Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes we normally do, this is incase you ever want to take an order with us again then it will be a much easier and smoother process. [back to top]
What kinds of images can I print?
Generally you can print anything you have legal permission to print. However, we do not print anything offensive, adult content or inappropriate images. We apologies for any inconvenience. [back to top]
Can you print my college or pro sport team logo?
Unless you have a licensing agreement or authorization with the football team, college or Disney, then we would be unable to print anything that would infringe copy. [back to top]
Can I get a free sample?
We have a selection of samples that we can send out free of charge give us a call to find out which products are available. Please note a charge of the price of the item is normally incurred if the sample is not returned. [back to top]
How can I see what my imprint will look like?
We offer a visual, so you can see what your product will look like when it is printed. As standard we will email you an artwork file of what your logo will look like on the product. You can then choose whether or not to approve the artwork. When you approve the artwork, you give us permission to print the art exactly as shown onto the product. If something does not look quite right, you can tell us what you want changing and we will take care of it. [back to top]
Can I get a single sample of my item with my imprint before printing a whole order?
Yes we can but unfortunately due to the high cost of the setup (origination) that is incurred with our printers this would be a very costly exercise. [back to top]
What are my options for payment?

What if my order doesn't meet the minimum requirement?
If you require a less than minimum order quantity, occasionally, it is possible to receive a less than minimum order charge. Other than product cost, what other charges will I have for my order?
If you are placing a simplistic order then you will be charged for the printer setup (origination) and the delivery cost (carriage). There are additional charges that could occur with your order, such as, a re-draw charge (if your logo is not available in the required format), Pantone colour matching charges and express charges for when you have a tight schedule. Can I return my order?
Printed promotional items cannot be returned unless there is something faulty with product. [back to top]

Do you offer any discounts?

What's the minimum order size?
Logo X requires a minimum order size of £200. There are also different factory minimum order quantities for all the products on our website, for example the minimum order quantity for our promotional mugs is 72. [back to top]
I cannot find the product I am looking for, do you do bespoke items?
If you can not find what you are looking for one our website, feel free to give us a call! Here at Logo X we have the ability to source thousands of different products. Can I deliver to more than one location?
Yes we can! We can normally deliver to as many destinations as you need, however there is a charge incurred with each address. [back to top]
Can I deliver my order on my own account?

Can my order ship without your name on the return address?
Yes, absolutely. Here at Logo X we send all goods with plain cover packaging. [back to top]
Why did I receive more (or less) items than I ordered?
This is due to the production procedure. The factory normally produces 10% more than your quantity order. This is part of the quality control services to ensure you receive the highest quality promotional items. However, this can sometimes lead to an over run or under run of your order. [back to top]
Can I order items with no imprint?

Do you accept international orders?

Can I change my order?
If required, we will make changes to your order where possible. However, the possibility of this is very dependent on where your order is up to in the production process. There may also be charges involved with the change. [back to top]
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but once an order is signed off there will be cancellation charges, this is due to stock already being ordered at the production stage. [back to top]
Will I need to pay sales tax?
